This product is for current qualified Personal Trainers who would like to become Fitness Alberta Certified or those personal trainers requesting portability to another ICREPs member country.
CSEP CPT Certifications are pre approved for recognition, all other qualifications must be reviewed. Please contact info@aflca.ca for more information.
There are no refunds issued for this product.

Current Certificate or letter of approval
Upload CSEP CPT certificate or Fitness Alberta letter of approval
Current CPR Certificate
Upload current CPR certificate (must be issued within last 12 months)
Current First Aid certificate
Upload Current First Aid certificate. If certificate is issued over 12 months ago but is not expired, a separate CPR card issued within the last 12 months must be uploaded as well.
