Fitness Alberta® refund, return and cancellation policies

Certification courses:

Cancellations must be received in writing (via email or letter) a minimum of 14 days prior to the course start date. An administration fee of $50 will be withheld from your registration fee. No refunds will be given after 1 week prior to the course start date.


A full refund for virtual webinars will be given if cancellation is received within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours of purchase and prior to 72 hours of the webinar start date, no refund will be given but fees may be transferred to another webinar or an administrative fee will be assessed. No refund will be given after 24 hours prior to the webinar start time.  



A full refund of manuals or resources will be given if cancellation is received within 24 hours of ordering and before products are shipped to the customer. After 24-hours we will process your order for shipping and no refund will be given. 



We will issue a full refund of exam fees if you cancel your exam purchase (not booking with our service provider) within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, no refund will be given. Rescheduling of exams requires 48-hour notice prior to the scheduled date which you selected post purchase for your exam. Otherwise, it is a forfeit of your scheduled exams and exam fees.

Certifications and Recertifications: 

A full refund of certification fees will be issued if you cancel your certification within 24 hours after payment. After this period we will process your certification, and upon activation of certification, no refund will be given except in cases where a candidate has paid the fee and is subsequently denied certification.
