Leisure Centre (TLC) is looking for an inspiring and energetic Aqua Fit Instructor!
Aqua Fit Instructor
The TLC is excited to welcome a passionate and energetic Aqua Fit Instructor to our team! In this role,
you’ll design fun, engaging lesson plans and lead high-energy Aqua Fit classes that keep our patrons
moving, motivated, and smiling.
As an Aqua Fit Instructor, you’ll deliver safe, effective, and inclusive fitness experiences that align with
TLC standards, while creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in every class. You’ll have the
opportunity to connect with participants, build strong relationships, and make a real impact through
professional, friendly, and enthusiastic instruction—helping our community stay active and healthy, one
splash at a time!

Requirements and qualifications
Successful candidates must have the following:
• Tuesday and Thursday AM/PM availability
• Fitness Alberta Aquatic Exercise Specialty or equivalent
• Intermediate First Aid CPR + AED certification taken within the last two years
• A clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check is require prior to commencement (for employees
> 18 years of age)
