Fit Rendezvous, western Canada's most popular conference for exercise professionals was a sold out event in 2024.
This year's conference in Calgary was a sold-out event, with more than 200 delegates, volunteers and presenters. The day was packed with more than 20 applied sessions in cycle, aquatic, circuit, resistance, boot-camp, mind-body, yoga, and barre, as well as evidence-informed lectures.
