Education
I would like to teach classes in Edmonton, Sherwood Park and St. Albert. I am able to substitute teach in deep water and shallow water aquatic exercises classes or older adult fitness classes in senior centres. I can offer Art Education classes as well as fitness classes for older adults in senior homes. My online classes will be available through Zoom or Google Meet for older adult fitness. Outdoor walking, power-walking or race-walking classes are also a possibility in the spring.
