This is for adding a new specialty to your certification. Specialties are aquatic exercise, fitness for the older adult, group conditioning, group cycle, group choreography, and mind body.

Specialty Course Reference Number
The course reference number for your Specialty (CY, CH, MB, CO, OA, AQ) course. Will be in the format CY2xxxx, CH2xxxx, etc.
Practical Exam
Please upload ALL 3 PAGES of your practical exam completed by a Fitness Alberta trainer-educator or assistant trainer-educator
CPR
Please upload current CPR, issued within the last 12 months. Online CPR will not be accepted.
