Recertification for personal trainers

This product is for Fitness Alberta Personal Trainer Certifications.
Fitness Alberta Certified Personal Fitness Trainers must renew annually on May 31. If recertification is over 2 months late, please add the appropriate late fee found in "Related Products" at the bottom of the page to your cart for purchase.
15 continuing education credits are required every 2 years; please contact the Fitness Alberta office if you have questions regarding this requirement.
Reprints for Fitness Alberta Certification and Insurance Certificates are available upon request, fees apply for each.

If requested by employer, the following MUST be added in the box below: Facility Name and Mailing address of the facility. Incomplete information will void insurance coverage.
Continuing education credit verification
If applicable, upload all continuing education credit documents for verification. Please note: for Fitness Alberta webinars, please write the dates attended in the Notes section at the end; you do not have to upload anything.
CPR certificate
CPR must be issued within the last 12 months to be valid. Online CPR is not accepted.
First Aid certifcate
First Aid must be current based on the expiry date on the card. Online First Aid is not accepted.
