A suite of online courses focussing on older adults and exercise
Fitness Alberta has designed a suite of online, asynchronous courses focussed on older adult fitness. These evidence-informed courses include:
- Physical literacy for older adults
 - Functional independence training for older adults
 - Supporting social well-being for older adults through physical activity programs
 - Arthritis and exercise
 
These courses were designed to offer evidence-informed, insight and practical considerations for anyone offering fitness or physical activity programs to older adults. Find out more.
