Description

ATB is looking for a partner to power our wellness culture  at our Calgary Campus, located at 3699 63rd Ave NE Calgary.

As part of the AFLCA community, we invite you to submit a proposal for a two-year contract to lead our fitness programming, starting in early 2026.

We are launching a pilot program—starting with two sessions per week—focused on lunch and after-hours classes. We want to grow this program as demand increases.

We also require management and facilitation of at least 2 monthly gym orientations for our team members and tenants prior to their ability to use the gym.

There is no requirement for team members or tenants to pay for use of the gym, though classes taught by our provider would be paid directly to the provider.

We are looking for a provider who can bring a diverse range of programming, including Spin and Yoga. As our partner, you will lead the registration, manage participant payments  and keep our team members informed and engaged.

Requirements and qualifications

Certification & Insurance: All instructors must hold current AFLCA (or equivalent) certification and carry active liability insurance.

Reliability: Provide a formal  “backup instructor” protocol to ensure sessions and orientations are never cancelled. Currently, orientations are completed monthly.

Cost Management: Outline a cost-management model that is reasonable and fair for participants.  Note the minimum # of participants required to run a session.

Diverse Offerings: Demonstrate your ability to lead or source instructors for a variety of activities (Spin, Yoga, etc.).

Compliance: The successful provider must be registered with ComplyWorks prior to the contract start date.

Please submit your brief proposal by January 9, 2026 to this email: workplaceexperience@atb.com.
